These terms of use govern your use of Kredittkortninja, a comparison service provided by Axo Finans AS, St. Olavs gate 28, 0166 Oslo, company registration number 998543320. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. About the service

Kredittkortninja is an independent comparison service for credit cards in Norway, operated by Axo Finans AS, a financial agent registered with Finanstilsynet. The service compares a curated set of credit cards and lets you submit one application that several issuers can assess via Axo Finans. The service is free of charge and non-binding.

2. What the service is not

Kredittkortninja is not a card issuer, bank or lender. The service mediates contact between you as an applicant and the card issuers via Axo Finans AS as financial agent. Final credit assessment, credit limit and interest terms are set by the relevant issuer, not by us.

3. Age limit and requirements

The service is available to people aged 18 or above. To apply for a credit card you must also meet the requirements of the relevant issuer, which are typically age 20 or above, a stable income, residence in Norway and no active payment defaults.

4. The application process

When you click "Apply" on Kredittkortninja you are transferred to the Axo Finans application page. The application processing, credit check and communication with card issuers happens at Axo Finans AS in accordance with their terms of use, which are available at axofinans.no/om/brukervilkaar.

5. The information on the site

We do our best to keep interest rates, fees, credit limits and insurance cover up to date. The information is updated at least quarterly and more frequently when issuers make material changes. Each card page shows the date of the most recent update. Final terms are set by the issuer upon approval of your application.

6. Limitation of liability

We cannot guarantee that an issuer will offer you a card based on your application. Kredittkortninja and Axo Finans AS are not a party to the credit agreement between you and the card issuer. We are not responsible for the contractual relationship between you and the card issuer after the agreement is entered into.

7. Advertiser disclosure

Kredittkortninja may receive a commission when you become a customer through links on the site. This does not affect the rate or terms you receive from the issuer. We show the same cards to all visitors regardless of commission agreements. Read more at advertiser disclosure.

8. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with the privacy statement of Axo Finans AS. See privacy for how we handle data on Kredittkortninja.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes are published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with Oslo District Court as legal venue.
